All references in immediate stock are subject to a detailed description including in particular the weight, dimensions, color, purity and provenance when known. In addition to this description, the customer can at any time request additional information from JAMEL GEMS by email, telephone or post.
Price:
The prices of our products are displayed in euros or converted at the exchange rate applicable in your country, all taxes included. These prices may be adjusted upwards or downwards without notice, depending on stock availability, suppliers, market conditions (volume of supply and demand). Any reserved or confirmed order paid at the displayed price will not be subject to any price variation.
JAMEL GEMS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability. The products remain the property of JAMEL GEMS until payment has been received in full. Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.
Order:

Payment:
The payment methods accepted are credit card (Visa, Carte Bleue, Paypal, Eurocard or Mastercard) exclusively on the secure site and bank transfer. Current VAT does not apply. For any bank card capped according to the bank’s own security system, in this case, only bank transfer is accepted.

Ownership and risk relating to the goods; Official importer:

We transfer title to the Goods ordered as soon as we dispatch them to you (provided that you have made payment in full of the price of the Goods plus the Delivery Charges and any other charges payable under these Conditions, on optionally).

Any damage to packages and/or products, or any error in the number of packages must be immediately reported in writing on the delivery note provided by the Carrier. You are considered the importer of record of the Goods and we only act as a facilitator of the importation on your behalf as your agent. Exchange/Refund Guarantee:
Any retail sale to an individual benefits from our satisfied or exchanged/refunded guarantee within 14 days, with return of the goods at their expense, in good condition and in their original packaging. The refund covers the total less packaging costs. No restocking fees. Stones sold in lots are not covered by this money back guarantee.
Availability :
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site https://jamel-gems.com and while stocks last. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
If a product is unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.
The site https://jamel-gems.com does not sell in large quantities.
Delivery:
Transport is carried out by our shipping suppliers by registered letter (metropolitan France, DOM, TOM and INTERNATIONAL). Processing times are 1-2 business days plus shipping time. These deadlines are given for information only and may vary depending on external factors such as strikes, temporary authorizations or office closures during our purchases abroad.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.
