Fast and Traceable Delivery! For our customers in France, shipments generally arrive within 1 to 5 business days. For our overseas customers, our standard air shipments usually arrive within 5-15 days maximum. All our shipments are accompanied by an online tracking number, allowing you to follow the status of your delivery in real time.

Customs
For overseas shipments, any fees, taxes, VAT or other import duties/penalties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Jamel Gems has no control over your country’s customs policies. Packages refused for these reasons are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, return shipping, brokerage fees and customs duties will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Treatment Time
Orders are processed within one or two working days, Monday to Friday (except public holidays in France). If you want to cancel once the order has shipped, you can return it for a refund.
Invoice
All mail items you receive are accompanied by a detailed invoice.
Rechargeable PDF invoice: If you have an account on our site, you can download a PDF version of your invoice directly from your customer area. This allows you to easily access your billing information at any time.
Invoice by Email: If you do not have an account with us, we will send you an invoice by email as soon as your order is shipped. This will give you an electronic copy of your invoice for reference.
Invoice Customization: If you have any special requirements regarding your invoice, such as additional information to include or preference not to receive an invoice, please do not hesitate to contact us by email before or immediately after your order. Our team will be happy to meet your specific needs.
