EXCHANGE OR REFUND ANY PRODUCT(S) IN CASE OF DISSATISFACTION, EXCEPT GEMSTONES SOLD IN LOTS
RETURN CONDITIONS :
The customer has a right of return of fourteen (14) days from receipt of his entire order to withdraw without necessarily giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw of his order by an unambiguous written statement specifying his first and last name, e-mail, address, number and date of order by email: jamelgems@gmail.com
REPAYMENT :
In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, Jamel-Gems will reimburse the payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which Jamel-Gems is informed of the decision of the Customer’s withdrawal.
In case of withdrawal of the Customer on the entirety of his order, Jamel-Gems will refund all the payments received from the Customer for this order.
In the event of withdrawal by the Customer of part of the precious stones, Jamel-Gems will reimburse the amount of the returned Products.
The refund will be made by credit card or Paypal.
Jamel-Gems may defer this reimbursement until receipt and verification of the precious stones.
RETURN OF GEMSTONES :
The customer must return the precious stones no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating his decision to withdraw.
Returned gemstones must be undamaged.

The customer bears the cost of returning the complete order.
