Payments are made in full at the end of the order. All credit card payments are 100% secured by the Stripe platform, in accordance with French and international interbank security systems. When paying for the order, you are redirected via a secure transaction in SSL and 3D Secure mode. After validation of your payment, you are automatically redirected to a thank you page and will receive an email for your order. The order is taken into account only after validation of your payment by the bank.

PayPal is a payment system recognized worldwide, which guarantees you a totally secure payment. To pay for your order with PayPal, you must log in to your PayPal account and confirm payment at the end of the order.

Your account or credit card number is known only to PayPal, no information relating to your credit card is transmitted to us during payment. After validation of your payment with PayPal, you are automatically redirected to Jamel-gems.com.

BANK TRANSFER

You must make payment within seven days.
If we do not receive the money, we will release the items you have reserved.
When paying by direct bank transfer, please email us the bank transfer reference code once you have initiated payment.
JamelGems must receive payments by bank transfer in Euros.
Do not deduct the transfer fee from the total amount.
